Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form an agreement between you and Sadec Studio (“we”, “us”) covering the mobile applications and games we publish (each, an “App”) and the website at sadec.app. By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use our Apps on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any usage rules set out there. The App is licensed to you, not sold.

2. What you may not do

• copy, redistribute, sell or sublicense the App;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that interferes with other users or with our systems.

3. Intellectual property

All rights in the Apps — including their code, artwork, sound, text and design — belong to Sadec Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Some Apps may offer paid features, in-app purchases or subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple Account, subject to Apple's terms. Where a subscription is offered, its price, billing period and renewal behaviour are shown in the App before you purchase; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue an App, or any of its features, at any time. We may also stop supporting older operating system versions. We are not obliged to provide updates or to keep any particular feature available.

6. Disclaimer

Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use an App. Our total liability in connection with an App will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Third parties

These Terms are between you and Sadec Studio only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Apps or their content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for them. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If an App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

9. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Termination

This licence remains in effect until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach these Terms, and you may end it at any time by deleting the App from your devices.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use an App after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
